Toll-free minute bundles

Inbound minutes to a toll-free number are metered. On top of the $5/mo number, pay as you go or pre-buy a bundle at a lower rate; minutes over your bundle bill at the $0.05/min overage rate.

Bundle prices are on top of the $5/mo toll-free number — for example, a toll-free number with the 500-minute bundle is $5 + $20 = $25/mo.

Call recording & retention

30-day rolling retention is included. Longer retention — 90-day, 1-year, or compliance windows (roughly 3–7 years for FINRA/SEC, HIPAA-adjacent, or similar obligations) — is available as an add-on by quote.

Good to know

A couple of things that aren't in the plan.

  • International calling isn't supported — the plan covers the US and Canada only for now.
  • Call-center / contact-center operations — high-volume, automated, or agent-floor traffic — run on a separate, dedicated plan, sized and priced for that traffic.
